Needs
Assessment
Needs assessment is the all-important tool that ensures
your training is fast and effective!
To determine the best method of teaching your employees and the
most appropriate level of technology to use, we need to understand
your unique situation. What do employees need to learn? How fast
do they need to be trained? What is your budget? Most importantly,
what is their current skill level? Do they work in one centralized
location, or in numerous branches around the country? Are they
working at computers in an office, or using tools and machinery
in a factory? Armed with this type of information we are able
to create a powerful, yet easy to understand training and documentation
solution.
Business Analysis / Business Process Reengineering
When IDA is hired to develop a training program or materials,
we first take time to understand your business processes, division
of labor, and functional departments. During this process we may
need to document your procedures, and we are sometimes able to
recommend more efficient ways of doing things. Or, if you are
developing a new system, we can use this understanding to help
you maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of your new system,
processes, and procedures.
Application Testing
As the documentation team and designers of your training program,
we become very knowledgeable about your business and your new
system. Our clients have found that we can add significant value
to your project by performing accurate and effective testing of
the system, its components, and its integration with other systems
or components.
