Roy
L. Kotze
Regional Manager
Roy Kotze is Regional Manager for Instructional Design Associates'
Colorado branch. He is a seasoned information technology professional
with over eighteen years' experience in system development, implementation,
and project management.
Born in Zimbabwe, Roy emigrated with his family to South Africa
where he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Natal. He then continued his education in information technology,
and graduated from the internationally recognized programming
college of Van Zyl and Pritchard. Roy also holds the equivalent
of an MBA from the University of South Africa’s Management
Development Program, where he received four distinctions out of
a possible six.
Roy brings a wealth of IT and business experience to IDA, having
worked for major companies in South Africa and the United States.
Prior to joining IDA he held positions with South Africa's Professional
Field Marketing, where he was General Manager for their IT, Order
Processing, and Help Desk divisions; and Nedcor, an international
banking firm, where he was National Operations Manager for International
Branches. In the United States Roy worked with Computer Consulting
Services as System Consultant on the company’s Merrill Lynch
account, and with Systemhouse as Technical Manager on their engagement
with the state of Tennessee.
